H. Randy Steele, O.D.
Randy Steele, OD, is an eastern Kentucky native. He grew up in Morgan County and graduated magna cum laude from Morehead State University in 1979. Dr. Steele received his optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1983.
The prestigious honor of "Young Optometrist of the year in Kentucky" was awarded to him in 1991 by the Kentucky Optometric Association. Dr. Steele is very active in the Association, having served as Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee during his term as first Vice President. Dr. Steele served as President-Elect in 1995 and as President of the Kentucky Optometric Association in 1996. He is also Vice Chairman of the Kentucky Diabetes Advisory Committee.
Dr. Steele is married to Suzanne Fultz Steele and they are the proud parents of a daughter, Randal Lacy Steele, and a son, Conner Jackson Steele.
Dr. Steele provides primary eye care at Kentucky Eye Institute in West Liberty and Morehead.
